Health-scored grid of recently-charted master coils. Use this to catch bad charts before they get slit.
The scoring
- Health score 0–100 — combines scrap %, rule violations, aging risk
- Opportunity score — surface coils where a swap could rescue at-risk JIT lbs
- Flagged badge — any solver-quality issue (cross-plan, PPG1 mismatch, etc.)
Open vs Closed
Open charts (master still in inventory) sort to the top — these can still be intercepted. Closed charts (master already slit) are dimmed and historical-reference only.
