How to read this: Each swap represents a firm customer release that got filled by reusing a coil already available in inventory from another plan's purchasing history — instead of building a new chart from scratch or waiting for a new coil to arrive. The same-plan count on the right is our baseline (normal solves), and the swap count on the left is pure savings on top.
